Pinterest is addicting and extremely helpful. I found a cute way to send some holiday "dough" across the miles! <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQkeB3A6VGEtfZrA2qEfjtyXM7-nCTmmS7zK9tEXLh7RuTGeo9GZmztlow1JHuicV_GPlqAU_WlXnoGuj6QAL-8VN4bQ_xsnmZmtvR4CDHPUsLTwO9-9Ngs07cSXKwVjpDysULUqSkUAw/s1600/20141215_062248.jpg" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQkeB3A6VGEtfZrA2qEfjtyXM7-nCTmmS7zK9tEXLh7RuTGeo9GZmztlow1JHuicV_GPlqAU_WlXnoGuj6QAL-8VN4bQ_xsnmZmtvR4CDHPUsLTwO9-9Ngs07cSXKwVjpDysULUqSkUAw/s320/20141215_062248.jpg" /></a>
In addition to cute money gifting ideas, I came across a "Reindeer Chow" recipe, which is just a Christmas rendition of Puppy Chow. The biggest difference in this recipe is the substitution of Nutella for peanut butter! In case you didn't know, I am in love with Nutella! The Reindeer Chow was a hit! I am planning on making teacher gifts with it.

I will be attatching them to the present that the kids will be giving to their teachers. I have no idea what they are going to be giving them yet though, lol! <span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">One is a regular sized card and the other 2 are 4x4 cards. There is one that I don't love and plan on embellishing it more before the kids give it. </span><div><font face="Helvetica Neue Light, HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif">~Rebecca<br></font><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbbBZjpi7_tYxABE4LRTHI2xRm5LrSiAceHxWOqOMzIbSmRig3Z0mPaieIOmToZA0_VSuiSzqBLoiDd4TFlWkFNs_daZ39w0aZDqUXmj8VDBZyS0FC2rDKjHnLexxecZhF8l1n4WW2_pQ/s640/blogger-image-983161283.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbbBZjpi7_tYxABE4LRTHI2xRm5LrSiAceHxWOqOMzIbSmRig3Z0mPaieIOmToZA0_VSuiSzqBLoiDd4TFlWkFNs_daZ39w0aZDqUXmj8VDBZyS0FC2rDKjHnLexxecZhF8l1n4WW2_pQ/s640/blogger-image-983161283.jpg"></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbbBZjpi7_tYxABE4LRTHI2xRm5LrSiAceHxWOqOMzIbSmRig3Z0mPaieIOmToZA0_VSuiSzqBLoiDd4TFlWkFNs_daZ39w0aZDqUXmj8VDBZyS0FC2rDKjHnLexxecZhF8l1n4WW2_pQ/s640/blogger-image-983161283.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg1LYD-Y4gzL_oqJ4xNs8bFCkt8tGhl4tB5IzVe8KdSW-LuC-RWiG-8sI5ajJgaVH0DcSXoSjss2Nb7rjp3weDJgNVumeMs9fKFUKtjzJkHzcyzgX3iYLTtTnE8qmMOOLy46nvWvZN9pSA/s640/blogger-image-1490700546.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg1LYD-Y4gzL_oqJ4xNs8bFCkt8tGhl4tB5IzVe8KdSW-LuC-RWiG-8sI5ajJgaVH0DcSXoSjss2Nb7rjp3weDJgNVumeMs9fKFUKtjzJkHzcyzgX3iYLTtTnE8qmMOOLy46nvWvZN9pSA/s640/blogger-image-1490700546.jpg"></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg1LYD-Y4gzL_oqJ4xNs8bFCkt8tGhl4tB5IzVe8KdSW-LuC-RWiG-8sI5ajJgaVH0DcSXoSjss2Nb7rjp3weDJgNVumeMs9fKFUKtjzJkHzcyzgX3iYLTtTnE8qmMOOLy46nvWvZN9pSA/s640/blogger-image-1490700546.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiz29C8T65rzzWzVOWkOOU3MvEO8BP7HK4FKCa7H6qoeSRjqqqjiHTZjfXqxQ4O3DdHv7bpLyjWgZG9tFQYewjVuj6RVlhtLaJDIIUhw4mXgWxsuFGUB-abuWg9CbPfj1ujq7mJuMBy0Wg/s640/blogger-image--1943735012.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiz29C8T65rzzWzVOWkOOU3MvEO8BP7HK4FKCa7H6qoeSRjqqqjiHTZjfXqxQ4O3DdHv7bpLyjWgZG9tFQYewjVuj6RVlhtLaJDIIUhw4mXgWxsuFGUB-abuWg9CbPfj1ujq7mJuMBy0Wg/s640/blogger-image--1943735012.jpg"></a></div></div></div></span></div>Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-18157553973180863672014-12-04T19:01:00.001-08:002014-12-04T19:01:03.798-08:00Project Life!So almost a year ago Deanne and I jumped into scrapbooking using the Project Life way, I guess I would say, or method. We have been scrapbookers for 10+ years and when we came upon this method, we were unsure. After watching many you tube videos and researching more about it, we decided to just jump in and see how we like it. Almost a year later and I have scrapbooked more in one year than I have ever in the past years. Of course I am still so behind, I think I have come to understand that I probably will not be caught up unitlmy kids are all out of the house and living on their own. I really cant believe how behind I am, but oh well. I am able to capture more day to day things that go on in our life when the traditional way I would just scrapbook events. I have personally loved how I can fit so many more pictures on a 12x12 page and I now print smaller images because of my Canon Selphy. I use a lot less adhesive and paper, I just feel like it's a win win for me. It's so easy too, you should try it!<div><br></div><div> Here are a few I was able to make a coupld of days ago. (i actually got to scrapbook for about 2 hours which is so rare!)</div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhERhL0DlJ3VLY_Crhy-CO1rlo3QINEaDaH22RHzerDuy1UZMBkEdQr6rMbfCgKM4SiUPsKjhz_8IT5kY_Vz9SuD7u-ejcZ0RwcKhyTonzsal2F1HZXMUXGuhK6irnoRnInC8yZtoKw024/s640/blogger-image-585798685.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhERhL0DlJ3VLY_Crhy-CO1rlo3QINEaDaH22RHzerDuy1UZMBkEdQr6rMbfCgKM4SiUPsKjhz_8IT5kY_Vz9SuD7u-ejcZ0RwcKhyTonzsal2F1HZXMUXGuhK6irnoRnInC8yZtoKw024/s640/blogger-image-585798685.jpg"></a></div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgoTRtZ9Zi_r4lNtxx3Wv6BcK1zzYcq-RKdKyTeIMtpfhq8ckGpxSwaaLjXhBB8MyX-P_G9XDOLpDpwzCfkEI-61jCMrIjWpUx6iSz91TAo8h0Kose3fBf7hhecO0Im2abdegAX6WFCSmU/s640/blogger-image-346165652.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgoTRtZ9Zi_r4lNtxx3Wv6BcK1zzYcq-RKdKyTeIMtpfhq8ckGpxSwaaLjXhBB8MyX-P_G9XDOLpDpwzCfkEI-61jCMrIjWpUx6iSz91TAo8h0Kose3fBf7hhecO0Im2abdegAX6WFCSmU/s640/blogger-image-346165652.jpg"></a></div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiK7ZzIC3EAVmpioLavfU-KddKoWnZjV2q0_hH3ShcDoRm7ca8fL5du0c5iCcX2oB7KSl5hZIEssFnqdcjx5IR7gD-eKgFnuxpOu5lb0VHZrEJnoW8ISq5pSIbZlUupEX-NarhFljVk2wA/s640/blogger-image--35965465.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiK7ZzIC3EAVmpioLavfU-KddKoWnZjV2q0_hH3ShcDoRm7ca8fL5du0c5iCcX2oB7KSl5hZIEssFnqdcjx5IR7gD-eKgFnuxpOu5lb0VHZrEJnoW8ISq5pSIbZlUupEX-NarhFljVk2wA/s640/blogger-image--35965465.jpg"></a></div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiu4cWhoxquT8WZWz8BeNqJfUPZaZK6Sw3YXI3TbQCsiBUhM29lyiyJPIjjbFAHyOrx6wU-z9KhaRG3mxuKRjwg_YEbsom62uKKzEFFR-hmXwREL4wwGVFaw5xJVjDk_Ps9Zdlw3IS-GPY/s640/blogger-image--390665007.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiu4cWhoxquT8WZWz8BeNqJfUPZaZK6Sw3YXI3TbQCsiBUhM29lyiyJPIjjbFAHyOrx6wU-z9KhaRG3mxuKRjwg_YEbsom62uKKzEFFR-hmXwREL4wwGVFaw5xJVjDk_Ps9Zdlw3IS-GPY/s640/blogger-image--390665007.jpg"></a></div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjRnhgKJHiaRfQX9tdrCuIKCgL-CcGHZIdw60kYqPZV7cY-R3K_IYHmUN31Dwobm-fEQ7zq-r9NJ4ZA1lFBL0YACWPaTrExjZKPmcpJg4OURgHBxUMPTpJ73e50BxutBvyOKEERpzEW3Q/s640/blogger-image--2081441407.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjRnhgKJHiaRfQX9tdrCuIKCgL-CcGHZIdw60kYqPZV7cY-R3K_IYHmUN31Dwobm-fEQ7zq-r9NJ4ZA1lFBL0YACWPaTrExjZKPmcpJg4OURgHBxUMPTpJ73e50BxutBvyOKEERpzEW3Q/s640/blogger-image--2081441407.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Thanks so much for stopping by, let us know how you scrapbook!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">~Rebecca</div>Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-5814536480984272622014-12-02T18:40:00.001-08:002014-12-03T07:14:50.605-08:00Tis' the season!Christmas season is upon us! If it was up to me it would be year around :). With the weather change and all, kids and parents have been taking turns getting sick! Half of our family were sick last week, (way to spend Thanksgiving break right?!). <div><br></div><div>I had to go pick up my kids from class a little early yesterday because we had to head somewhere. When I entered my daughters classroom they were singing "Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?" The kids took turns calling out each other's names and all, one student decided to call on their Teachers Aide, As soon as she began to sing I cringed. She had the same voice I had one week ago, something manly and undescribable....laryngitis. She tried her hardest to be cheerful and sing but I could tell she was hurting. :( I had lost my voice for 3 days just the week before so I felt her pain. Today my daughter came home and told me that her Teachers Aide was not at school she had gone to see a doctor. She wanted to make her a get well card for her, I was able to talk to my bestie (co-owner of this blog :) ) I told her that I wished I had tea bags to make a little goodie bag with cough drops and put it in a bag. Thankfully yours truly is a hoarder and had all the above items in her pantry. I really wish I had My Pink Stampers Punnylicious stamps tonight, I would have wanted to use the stamp that says,"get whale soon" and we could have cut out a cute little whale. </div><div><br></div><div>I cut out a mug from Gypsy Wanderings, I think it was pre-loaded on the Gypsy when I purchased it. I also included 2 green teas, one a decaf honey and lemon tea and a white mangosteen and peach tea with some Halls cough drops. I loved how it turned out. I also cut some extra mugs in case we need to make another bag for someone else soon. Here it is....<div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigMvn89ZnWBI3XbpCI2j6KUnEeKn_7e6F_Q889XGNWAJfJd2-TFxaluVGDHUtoPbx8fFiMv83-mlouv1xVSaIDWfElT0vOwib2D0JEgqJ__C0SvEvZ_g5xRPcyhJiy6uHewqs3HXa3QHc/s640/blogger-image-1108878650.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigMvn89ZnWBI3XbpCI2j6KUnEeKn_7e6F_Q889XGNWAJfJd2-TFxaluVGDHUtoPbx8fFiMv83-mlouv1xVSaIDWfElT0vOwib2D0JEgqJ__C0SvEvZ_g5xRPcyhJiy6uHewqs3HXa3QHc/s640/blogger-image-1108878650.jpg"></a></div></div>Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-38447396409303735642014-01-23T19:05:00.000-08:002014-01-23T19:29:16.473-08:00Let Our Story BeginOur blog has been severely neglected. But, we are hoping to change that! Rebecca and I have joined the 'Project Life' band wagon and hope to share that with you soon. I personally started Project Life as a way to try and catch up on my scrapbooks and to document my family's story as we "write" it. I have realized that, as much as I love traditional scrapbooking, I often struggle with creating layouts and embellishing in a timely manner. While I work on my Project Life albums, I hope to be inspired to work on traditional scrapbooking again. For now, I am totally inspired in Project Life and can't wait to share what I have already created!<div><br></div><div>XOXO,</div><div>Deanne</div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWX88ld8z3M3xfLLn_D65qvhEstDqM60v1mQ1gX9bNjujpiUzeaQi0ljYVHMSDRYxWmTXfMa8qqa_YnadAp7tvBIgtZhZvwKV0o0SNd92vRdBf8vqvDp33aI_ob3s23vnBdXfMiOwQkOQ/s640/blogger-image-344256741.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWX88ld8z3M3xfLLn_D65qvhEstDqM60v1mQ1gX9bNjujpiUzeaQi0ljYVHMSDRYxWmTXfMa8qqa_YnadAp7tvBIgtZhZvwKV0o0SNd92vRdBf8vqvDp33aI_ob3s23vnBdXfMiOwQkOQ/s640/blogger-image-344256741.jpg"></a></div>Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-61785331679185200612013-02-22T11:35:00.000-08:002013-02-22T11:35:02.346-08:00Where has February gone?!? OK, maybe not the midterm... I am so excited that on top of the everyday craziness I was able to spend some time making cards for those I love! Here are a few Valentines I made! Hope you enjoy!

Can you believe it's already February?! I wanted to jump online real quick and share with you a very simple card I made for my niece. She turns 2 this week and for Halloween last year she was dressed up as a baby super woman, so when I saw these stickers in my stash, I thought of her! Enjoy & I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Make sure to come back next week for our Valentines goodies for our kids classes!! <br />

Time sure does fly! While life is keeping me insanely busy, I am still trying to take time to do what I love, crafting! I have high goals for my scrapbooks and am being quite ambitious when it comes to cards, DIY projects and other crafts! So stay tuned!
I made a few cards and projects last year that I never got post and I wanted to share them now...

I haven't been able to create anything lately, my Imagine is not working and last night I found out that I ran out of adhesive! So I thought I would share a card that I had made in a card making class. It's says "spoil yourself today". This card goes out to all of our followers, weather it be a mini-shopping trip, a quick mani/pedi, or even a trip to your favorite coffee shop, we want you to "spoil yourself today" and have a fabulous weekend! <br />

Happy belated Halloween! I wanted to post some pictures of Halloween goodie bags my son and I made the night before Halloween. I wanted to post this last night but we were all so tired from having a great time trick or treating and enjoying a fall festival that a local church put on! Here are some treats we handed out to his classmates...we gave his teachers caramel apples drizzled with white and semi-sweet chocolate! Well I'm off to make baby shower and birthday cards, have a great day! <div class="separator"style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3UaoT_UDB1H4KrBVEjw-N7bLLFi2BS8Xsry2ax9bhNeD7Ye4cgLzo_1eRRSt7axcdKYTU4fpighCKZPqk3uGan38K0Pi7RjQ6O_NOZgZEFdC84oGQEXhctnPZMBTsWoHTHdizzckvHmI/s640/blogger-image-373298008.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3UaoT_UDB1H4KrBVEjw-N7bLLFi2BS8Xsry2ax9bhNeD7Ye4cgLzo_1eRRSt7axcdKYTU4fpighCKZPqk3uGan38K0Pi7RjQ6O_NOZgZEFdC84oGQEXhctnPZMBTsWoHTHdizzckvHmI/s640/blogger-image-373298008.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator"style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUPo1NuY4E0F6_XzSHuswmBE2Bk7FyvfznzwGulH9twXPvFUJadnbYqPpLAhc-wNw877c0fDklfm-qVIt2aXnTu9y7B8lyL-3QAfJkoTn4OX9GV4swfwP7ujOXsh1B0QYtpSNAdIpypsk/s640/blogger-image-758346477.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUPo1NuY4E0F6_XzSHuswmBE2Bk7FyvfznzwGulH9twXPvFUJadnbYqPpLAhc-wNw877c0fDklfm-qVIt2aXnTu9y7B8lyL-3QAfJkoTn4OX9GV4swfwP7ujOXsh1B0QYtpSNAdIpypsk/s640/blogger-image-758346477.jpg" /></a></div>Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-56953898558059614892012-09-07T12:59:00.000-07:002012-09-07T12:59:31.017-07:00MCT Pinterest Inspired ChallengeWhere has the time gone? I know Rebecca and I have been crafting on and off, but finding time to actually sit down and post on our blog has been quite a challenge.
Over at My Creative Time For Me, Emma has a fun new challenge going on. I'm sure I missed the deadline, but I wanted to share what I made!
Here are the details for this challenge:
1. Use Pinterest for your inspiration by making ANYTHING crafty OR even if you see CUTE cupcakes/food items you want to try, I mean ANYTHING you see HERE that inspires YOU!
2. Please put the LINK of the website where you found your inspiration on your blogs! PLEASE do NOT post the original picture of your "Inspiration", ONLY the link to their website!
3. Please link your projects HERE below this post.
4. Deadline for this challenge is on Tuesday, September 4th @ midnight!
5. Last, but certainly not least......HAVE FUN!;)
My daughter started her first season of t-ball this month and her first game is this weekend. Let me just say that she is a girly girl from head to toe! So we have been trying to get creative with accessories and "blinging" out her uniform.
I saw the cutest hair bows on pinterest and knew that I wanted to try to make them for her! This is the link http://thefrugalgirls.com/2011/06/how-to-make-korker-bows.html that I found on making the korker hair bows and here is what I did...

I had so much fun making these! I will be making more soon and will hopefully get some more pictures up to share! It's pretty bad. In my defense, my 18 month old bumped into me right as I took the picture, and then of course my camera battery died! But, this was the only picture I snapped of this birthday card before I gave it to one of my oldest, closest friends! I am so happy I got to celebrate her birthday with her! Not to mention it turned into a much needed date night for my hubby and I!

I have to mention that I a was so excited to finally use my new "ek" punch!Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-12337585978679898052012-05-29T19:40:00.001-07:002012-05-29T19:40:20.862-07:00Where has the time gone? That's something I have been asking myself lately. The month of May was so busy for our family. Between soccer games and birthday parties every Saturday and practices between soccer and t-ball all week, and of course graduations! The month of May has gone by so fast! Things have finally slowed down and I am very thankful:) I am so excited to be back in my craftroom creating again! I was able to put together something tonight for Emma's www.creativetimeforme.com "Scrappy Layout Monday" challenge. I am so happy that she is having scrapbook challenges because I am soooo behind(years)!! So thank you Emma!! I love doing her challenges!<3 The challenge asked for only "one" picture and to use buttons! I have decided to make a 8x8 album for my husband and I and here is a page that I will be adding to it..I hope you enjoy and have a great week!

But, we are still in May and May is for Mother's Day and, graduations/end of a school year, and getting ready for summer. I loove Mother's Day. I think moms have the hardest and most rewarding job of all. So I am so glad I got to make and send out Mother's Day cards! I liked how they turned out and, like all my others, they are very simple.

Over at www.mypinkstamper.com Robyn had several design team members with challenges for NSD. Carissa at http://www.sprinkledwithglitter.com challenged everyone to make something using embossing. I decided to emboss the words on the front of the card, "We are so proud of you" and the little diploma stamp on the top left. Hope you like it- Happy National Scrapbook Day!:)

I wanted to jump on this morning and show you a picture of a super cute little t-shirt I made for my niece over the weekend! My brother and his girlfriend are on baby #2 and wanted to tell grandma and grandpa the news in a fun and cute way. I grabbed a little t-shirt from Hobby Lobby and used some left over Zebra print material and Heat n Bond material I had from a previous project. I used my Gypsy to design the word "big sister" and cut it out using my Cricut Expression. I also used buttons that I had bought from Walmart and put it all together! I should have snapped a picture of my niece in it, she looked so cute! Grandma and Grandpa didn't catch on until my brother asked them to read the shirt, but it was still pretty priceless:) This weekend my son starts his soccer games and I have decided to make a shirt for myself and my daughter, I will post pictures of that project in the next couple of days. <br />
Have a great Monday!Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-6202672771836126402012-04-05T09:09:00.002-07:002012-04-05T09:15:13.561-07:00Disneyland MemoriesAbout a month ago our family went on vacation to the happiest place on earth, "Disneyland!". We went to the park three different days and had so much fun! One morning we went to Mickeys Toon Town Morning Madness and were picked to be the Honorary Family of the day! It was such a great experience for the kids, of course I wanted to frame the certificate we received that day. This was the fastest project I've done in a while, so that was great! I had bought a pack of Mickey 3-D cut outs from Hobby Lobby a couple of weeks ago that went perfect with this project. I love it!<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEn7U29gF7xaiBL2Sc6mGZG-u_PbMLVvjzjo-aU0WUZoJ9Q_dQGKwB7icl6iLqGIivE5uKfvmaty0nRVR3xv6UChC_iJILlUpy-nDiAlrpGVoJFUCWDWNuBtefJ67ZIlMXlzQjJtbtqSo/s1600/toon+town.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left:1em; margin-right:1em"><img border="0" height="400" width="324" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEn7U29gF7xaiBL2Sc6mGZG-u_PbMLVvjzjo-aU0WUZoJ9Q_dQGKwB7icl6iLqGIivE5uKfvmaty0nRVR3xv6UChC_iJILlUpy-nDiAlrpGVoJFUCWDWNuBtefJ67ZIlMXlzQjJtbtqSo/s400/toon+town.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHydtRa5nudVw82AzyPNR9WBOxA5IKsKQWowg3u3unszFJyQ15c9Y3t5x-143r93Qgz6LaOYUvExwfxVQXzTUge1Y50OeP9Q6wmqdcmgmK_RSCLLKzMlz1o8V9AyHDrWLD7zuyvesXdrI/s1600/toon+town+1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left:1em; margin-right:1em"><img border="0" height="267" width="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHydtRa5nudVw82AzyPNR9WBOxA5IKsKQWowg3u3unszFJyQ15c9Y3t5x-143r93Qgz6LaOYUvExwfxVQXzTUge1Y50OeP9Q6wmqdcmgmK_RSCLLKzMlz1o8V9AyHDrWLD7zuyvesXdrI/s400/toon+town+1.jpg" /></a></div>Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-25161314848580022152012-03-30T19:37:00.000-07:002012-03-30T19:37:36.355-07:00Throwback Thursday ChallengeFor this Throwback Thursday Challenge I used "Plantin schoolbook" to cut out the numbers 17.When I sat down to start creating I was blocked, so I decided to keep it simple and I actually like it alot! <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4483lW28bGA5iBEHNx1uzT7hGd4b-XnjEJyMooXa0liJ1o-xb9qwyNubgRZLm1KJmtvvoeyD14KfVaryO8rZWmnAPVliJPyHIi0S8QwWK89Svb-gEOiy-0eLeM14OXdzT05ZSWJ8hLTE/s1600/IMG_2405.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left:1em; margin-right:1em"><img border="0" height="367" width="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4483lW28bGA5iBEHNx1uzT7hGd4b-XnjEJyMooXa0liJ1o-xb9qwyNubgRZLm1KJmtvvoeyD14KfVaryO8rZWmnAPVliJPyHIi0S8QwWK89Svb-gEOiy-0eLeM14OXdzT05ZSWJ8hLTE/s400/IMG_2405.JPG" /></a></div>Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583018360502595049.post-35154336692093921522012-03-30T19:22:00.000-07:002012-03-30T19:22:47.176-07:00Weekend of challenges! This weekend I have decided to enter a few of Emma's challenges over at www.creativetimeforme.com. This particular card is to enter the "Monday Madness Imagine That" challenge. The challenge for this week is to use your "print only" feature on your Imagine. I decided just to print out pattern paper and use it as a background. <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-nXUxNTtgd_xrJoCRG9H5uqEjyeaoCu4kFmKR6HKj1shdhe7cLenMXji0YDBvMe1P9zOP0x-OORh_cb1OUdfyIK17kJKnA32f1EjPYTglCLQYe7rp6KssqaqJhXu2Bsghreck2XqCS9w/s1600/IMG_2414.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left:1em; margin-right:1em"><img border="0" height="267" width="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-nXUxNTtgd_xrJoCRG9H5uqEjyeaoCu4kFmKR6HKj1shdhe7cLenMXji0YDBvMe1P9zOP0x-OORh_cb1OUdfyIK17kJKnA32f1EjPYTglCLQYe7rp6KssqaqJhXu2Bsghreck2XqCS9w/s400/IMG_2414.JPG" /></a></div><a href="http://www.mycreativetimeforme.com"><br />

Our family goes multiple times a year, so I have many pictures, and therefore will have many many "zoo" pages! Here is a page I did using my Gypsy (from my bestie!), Cricut Imagine and the Create a Critter cart. I hope to have more pages to share soon.<br />

Mine was perfect, because I was with the people I love most, my husband and kids! I was so proud of myself, I actually made Valentine's Day cards and sent them out to my nieces, nephews, and Godson! I had a hard time deciding what to do, but I was happy with my decisions and the way they turned out. They are super easy, but I had fun creating them!<br />

I have been seeing a lot of projects that have been using different quotes and words people love. So I decided to use my Gypsy and create a 12x12 project to apply on the wall of my craftroom/husbands office(I kept it on my side). I did learn a lot of what to do and not to do's while doing this project. I can't wait to create more things with vinyl! Here it is and I love it!:)<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjW2YoFWhi2_adEM7upNEGUYpTJxszV3AWkxqzwXfYRkHNii-wj2VdEbQzi2YVjMxC6ai7jT8UOvAXQF5R3vGJI7GhR6D3HoXVF6i09qL8btVuI8n3BbP9UbNE5jv7eeWebCW4FwItOfQE/s1600/IMG_1436.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left:1em; margin-right:1em"><img border="0" height="214" width="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjW2YoFWhi2_adEM7upNEGUYpTJxszV3AWkxqzwXfYRkHNii-wj2VdEbQzi2YVjMxC6ai7jT8UOvAXQF5R3vGJI7GhR6D3HoXVF6i09qL8btVuI8n3BbP9UbNE5jv7eeWebCW4FwItOfQE/s320/IMG_1436.JPG" /></a></div>...<br />

I wanted to jump on and post some pictures really quick. Now that the cards are done, time to get ready for the birthday party! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!<br />until next time,<br /><3 Rebecca<br />(This post was supposed to be posted about 2 weeks ago! :)<br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhqkco7LkQrcypcVh8FAbSXEE5GBQCMEOMPzedCYJo-LRHoJmJ3ZYIRcZCZVYxi9leTcgxGSWvERu3xmXHwwYULozuVJOxtUVDwY7ozIh6D7YtKiAqXh7imGgQyMvHsgsJ5S08JfhopVQI/s1600/IMG_1415.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 319px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhqkco7LkQrcypcVh8FAbSXEE5GBQCMEOMPzedCYJo-LRHoJmJ3ZYIRcZCZVYxi9leTcgxGSWvERu3xmXHwwYULozuVJOxtUVDwY7ozIh6D7YtKiAqXh7imGgQyMvHsgsJ5S08JfhopVQI/s320/IMG_1415.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5704247379682812066" /></a>Deanne & Rebeccahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11927428599715088124noreply@blogger.com0
